Education
- GCSE or equivalent
Requirements
- proven experience in a similar financial administration and credit control role
- proficiency in using Xero and Dext accounting software is essential
- strong understanding of accounting principles and credit control practices
- excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to handle sensitive financial matters professionally
- customer service experience
- high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
- experience with database systems and data entry
