  • you will be the first person opening the shop at the start of the day, before the other staff arrive

  • you will be part of a small team, so your role will be multi-faceted and flexible
  • you will not be strictly bound to cooking, you will be proficient in all roles within the store
  • when needed you may need to manage tickets, build dishes for customers, wrap takeaways, and run food to tables
  • communication
  • this time is used to turn on all the appliances and light the charcoal fires ahead of the working day, and receive the morning stock delivery from our preparation kitchen
