you will be the first person opening the shop at the start of the day, before the other staff arrive
cooking
you will be part of a small team, so your role will be multi-faceted and flexible
you will not be strictly bound to cooking, you will be proficient in all roles within the store
when needed you may need to manage tickets, build dishes for customers, wrap takeaways, and run food to tables
communication
this time is used to turn on all the appliances and light the charcoal fires ahead of the working day, and receive the morning stock delivery from our preparation kitchen
