- all records and IT data on systems is updated with accurate and up to date information. This will also need to meet contractual requirements
- undertake adhoc projects and provide support and cover for colleagues and teams within Mears Housing Management
- management of relationships with third parties and landlords to maintain property standards and ensure the needs of service users are met
- delivery of service to ensure safeguarding and welfare of all residents are fully considered in line with processes and that property condition is maintained
- delivery of performance and service reporting as requested by line manager, escalating all risks and concerns
- ensure full compliance with Mears code of conduct, contractual terms and group policies & procedures
- delivery of move in, move out, void and overall property management service; ensuring all risks are mitigated or flagged to management for action
