- all records and IT data on systems is updated with accurate and up to date information. This will also need to meet contractual requirements
- conducting regular inspections to ensure full contractual compliance and successful outcomes of all Key Performance Indicators, internal and commercial targets
- undertake adhoc projects and provide support and cover for colleagues and teams within Mears Housing Management
- working collaboratively with Resident Welfare Managers and the service delivery centre to deliver a seamless service meeting the individual and property needs of all our service users
- ensure full compliance with Mears code of conduct, contractual terms and group policies & procedures
