Responsibility
- residential Conveyancer
- manage the conveyancing process for residential property transactions from start to finish
- review and draft legal documents, including contracts, deeds, and mortgage agreements
- conduct title searches and ensure the property has a clear title
- coordinate with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other parties involved in the transaction
- prepare and submit necessary documentation to complete the transaction, such as transfer of ownership forms and mortgage applications
- attend closings and ensure all necessary documents are signed and executed properly
- provide excellent customer service and address any concerns or questions throughout the process
Requirements
- proven experience as a Residential Conveyancer or similar role
- in-depth knowledge of residential property laws and regulations
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work independently and manage multiple transactions simultaneously
- proficient in using conveyancing software and other relevant tools
