Responsibility

  • manage and run the reception team and therapists
  • support the Director with planning and strategic vision, taking an active role developing different areas of the business
  • administer the Practice finances - knowledge of Xero and Cliniko will be advantageous
  • health and safety management of the building
  • liaising with external partners to support and develop the marketing of the business

Requirements

  • the successful applicant will be highly organised, proactive and passionate about providing high quality care to our patients and clients
  • they will have excellent communication skills in managing and supporting the team to ensure the smooth running of the Practice
  • managerial experience required
  • medical Practice Management: 1 year
  • dental Practice Management: 1 year
