Responsibility
- we are looking for a confident team player, especially in motivating a team of Nurses and Care Assistants
- must be registered with NMC and have an up-to-date PIN number
- as a Nursing Deputy Manager you should have the qualities of being a hard working, conscientious and caring individual with experience of working as a nurse in a busy nursing/residential home or hospital setting
- this position is subject to on-call duties on a rota basis, every other week
- you will support the Registered Manager in all aspects of the day to day running of the home and will manage in their absence
- you will be responsible for managing, monitoring and assessing the delivery of care plans and ensure medication records are kept up to date
- shifts are 12-15 hrs and the salary is negotiable
- the successful candidate will have a proven record in a managerial or a supervisory capacity, ideally in a clinical setting within the care sector, especially Dementia care
