- develop and execute trade marketing plans that drive sales and build brand awareness
- collaborate with the sales team to understand customers' needs and identify opportunities to drive growth
- plan and execute drive-to-store campaigns to increase foot traffic and drive sales
- manage social media accounts and create engaging content to build brand awareness and engage with customers
- manage budgets and allocate resources effectively to achieve objectives
- analyze market trends, competitive activity, and consumer insights to identify opportunities for growth
- monitor and report on key performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to optimize performance
- conduct operational marketing activities to support sales, including product launches, POS, sales tools, promotional programs and marketing campaigns that meet customer needs and align with company goals
Education
- bachelor's
Requirements
- bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field
- strong strategic thinking and analytical skills
- proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing programs
- strong project management skills, with experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders and external agencies
- experience with online presence management, including Google My Business and store locator management
- experience with loyalty program development and management

- knowledge of analytics tools and ability to analyze and interpret data to make informed decisions
