Working hours

  • full-time

Responsibility

  • reporting to the F&B Manager and Sr Management team and attend HOD meetings daily and when required
  • there are additional rooms available for small 1-2-1 meetings through to private dining for up to 50 guests
  • as the C&B Events Manager you will work with an oversee the day today operations working with and supporting the team that consists of 2 Assistant Managers,3 Supervisors and then a mix of full time and casual team members as per the requirements of the business
