Responsibility

  • prepare a short summary of all known issues for the Sales Manager in preparation for the daily 10AM operations meeting
  • effective management of the customers stock sheet, review the customers stock sheet daily and identify areas of concern and flag up issues, before the stock sheet is issued to the customer
  • set up works orders on Prophet according to the availability of raw material and the customers sales orders and forecast program. Effectively and efficiently manage packing plans for the customer
  • ensure HALO always has an up to date forecast from the customer for at least 12 weeks
  • to review/reconcile the work order stock information to increase the accuracy of stock
  • this list is not exhaustive and the job holder may be required to undertake other duties commensurate with the position as required
  • ensure that all relevant customer Key Performance Indicators are accurately documented and maintained
