Responsibility

  • responsibility for managing all day-to-day HR issues within a production environment of approx. 40 staff members. fostering a culture of inclusivity
  • ensure sufficient staffing levels are maintained through active resource planning, sourcing and recruitment of all production and support staff
  • this will include extensive use of online recruitment platforms including social media, to design and place advertisements, shortlisting and selecting candidates
  • meeting all statutory and regulatory compliance standards, including Completing monitoring returns to Equality Commission NI and appropriate candidate checks
  • the HR Manager will work closely with the Directors and Senior Leadership Team to deliver an effective human resource service to the business
  • you will provide strategic advice, guidance, and hands on support to the management team on all people matters as well as delivering creative solutions on all people related issues
  • supporting the administration of the payroll process
  • the successful candidate will have the opportunity to inform and shape the HR function, integrating policies and procedures, driving continuous improvement, HR best practice and contributing to an enhanced employee experience
