- 9.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Thursday, 9.00am to 5.00pm Friday
- this position would suit a multi-skilled person with excellent communication skills
- skilled at DIY & general maintenance for example; tiling, basic plumbing, joinery, painting and decorating, basic electrical works
- MCR Move is a dynamic, successful & rapidly growing Estate Agency business with offices in Liverpool & Manchester. We are looking for a skilled Handyman/Maintenance Person to join our friendly and busy Maintenance Team in South Manchester
- comply with safe working practices & report faulty equipment and potential hazards
- travel to other sites & on occasions be on call to carry out emergency repairs outside of normal working hours
- to be successful in this role you will need to possess excellent maintenance skills, be able to work independently and have a ‘can do’ attitude to your work and be able to work well with other members of our maintenance team
