- proven experience as a painter and decorator or similar role
- cleanliness is essential - we frequently work in high end properties and expect working areas to be tidy at all times
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- attention to detail and precision in work
- physical stamina to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods of time
