  • check & Authorise None Purchase Order Invoices
  • match Purchase Invoices to Purchase Orders
  • manage any Purchase Ledger Queries
  • set up new suppliers
  • raise Weekly and Month payment
  • file all associated paperwork
  • assist procurement where necessary to obtain POD’s and Raise GRN’s
