  • ensure productivity levels and efficiency levels set by the company are achieved and exceeded
  • provide a breakdown, roadside recovery service to all customers when required
  • ensure all vehicles off road and turned around timeously providing first class customer service
  • work closely and proactively with hire desk ensuring effective ready to rent lines
  • ü Complete all job cards properly for all service related work
  • ü Complete all work within the parameters set for any specific job ensuring high productivity levels
  • ü Provide emergency distress assistance when customers vehicles are broken down
