Working hours

  • full-time

Responsibility

  • manage all the day to day front of house activity in order to maximise throughput
  • control the workshop diary booking-in system and complete Jobsheets appropriately
  • liaise with the Workshop Manager with regards to job progress and customer requirements
  • liaise with the Parts Manager with regards to parts needed for the jobs in progress
  • ensure that invoicing of each job is checked and produced ready for the Customer to collect their vehicle
  • deal with any Customer Insurance/Warranty Claims from completing paperwork to checking payment is received
  • ensure that all records are maintained with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • keep in contact with existing customers with regards to future work, MOT reminders, upselling of other jobs as appropriate
