Responsibility

  • key to the role of a Supervisor is supporting our Store Managers in all aspects of running the store – motivating the team, making sure the right stuff is on the shelves and keeping everything ship-shape behind the scenes
  • to assist in ensuring training is delivered as scheduled
  • to use relevant processes and policies to control the security of people, stock and cash
