• support in the regular training of the team, including daily briefings and skills training
• be present on the floor to ensure every customer experience is the best it can be
• your experience in the service industry will be a valuable asset since you will need to plan menus, purchase supplies and keep track of sales and expenses
• oversee bar staffing to ensure the bar runs smoothly and wage percentage is managed
• you will also need to train and supervise staff, be familiar with restaurant regulations and policies, develop good business relationships with clients and maintain adequate records
• be able to work towards KPI's and have ideas of how to increase custom within the running of the business
