Responsibility
- \*Strictly UK based and relevant 2-5 years applicants only\
- producing tender and construction phase drawing packages, schedules, and specification
- producing drawings for planning and building applications
- attending Site meetings & producing site reports and managing information requests as required
- producing Revit / AutoCAD high-quality drawings
- working simultaneously on multiple projects
- working independently and collaboratively
Education
- architectural technology academic qualification
- excellent AutoCAD skills
- good understanding of working on all RIBA work stages
- good detailing skills, with a keen eye for detail
- good understanding of structures, services, and coordination processes
- good knowledge of UK building regulations and current UK building standards
- understanding of project programs and deadlines, preparing fully coordinated packages within agreed timescales
- strong teamwork and communication skills
