- assisting the smooth running of the sales office
- processing customer orders and enquiries via telephone and email
- accounts support function - invoicing
- supporting the sales team with any ad-hoc queries
- recording suppliers invoices on purchase ledger
- posting suppliers invoices into stock through purchase order processing
- checking stock quantity, availability and location on a monthly basis. Update stock database
- allocating customer Payments – Cheque/BACS
Education
- GCSE or equivalent
