  • NLP Engineer – Corpus creation – UK remote - 3 month contract
  • I am seeking a talented NLP Engineer with a specialisation in creating text corpuses
  • you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the accuracy and effectiveness of our automated fact-checking models
  • your work will contribute to the development and deployment of NLP models in a cloud-based environment
  • corpus Creation: You will be responsible for collecting, processing, and structuring a comprehensive text corpus from the 2016 US elections. This corpus will serve as a foundational resource for our fact-checking models
  • preprocessing: Implement text preprocessing steps, including tokenization , removing stop words, and lemmatization to ensure the data is optimized for NLP tasks
  • required Skills & Experience

Requirements

  • bachelor's or higher degree in a relevant field such as Natural Language Processing, Computer Science, or Data Science
  • proven experience in creating and managing text corpora, with a deep understanding of NLP techniques and tools
  • strong programming skills in Python and experience with NLP libraries and frameworks
