dealing with customer queries
liaising with freight forwarders to gain proof of shipping
compiling aged debtors reports for stakeholders including senior managers and directors

other finance tasks as required by the Finance Manager
Requirements
must be IT literate
strong Microsoft Excel skills
good communication skills
previous experience in a similar role would be preferable but is not essential
previous experience with Sage Accounts 50 would be preferable but is not essential

Responsibility
as a Warehouse Operative/Driver, you will play a crucial role in processing and audit of customer orders
receiving and opening parcels, accurately booking orders into the internal Core system
driver role, Delivering and collecting customer orders throughout the week
entering stock into the internal stock system
organising stock within the warehouse
ensuring customer orders are securely packaged and meet quality standards
picking and packing daily orders efficiently and accurately
maintaining a clean, organised, and efficient workstation
Requirements
previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided
strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and supervisors
