Requirements

  • at least 2 years work experience in Estate Agency Sales or Lettings and a natural sales ability
  • excellent written and verbal communication with good interpersonal skills
  • commercially minded negotiator, entrepreneurial, with ability to spot opportunities
  • good team player with ability to multi task and work to deadlines
  • have an inquiring mind and willingness to learn new skills

Responsibility

  • we urgently seek an experienced and dynamic Lettings Negotiator with strong track record of meeting agreed performance targets and successfully assist in growing the lettings arm of a business
  • the role is suited to an entrepreneurial individual who will generate new business through a mixture of negotiation, marketing and sales skills
  • you are required to assist with related administration including but not limited to referencing, tenant and landlord liaison, updating software with all activity and ensuring company standards are upheld and all negotiations are conducted ethically
