Responsibility
- take care of recording day to day transactions
- prepare and submit quarterly VAT returns
- invoice customers through Xero and chase overdue debtors
- pay suppliers and keep record of overdue creditors
- reconcile bank statements
- assisting the team by keeping files and records up to date
- assisting the director in general day to day administration tasks and other ad-hoc
- dealing/liaising with the company accountant
Requirements
- proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role
- proficiency in Excel
- good organisation skills
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- level 2&3 AAT qualification
- accounting: 1 year
- bookkeeping: 2 years
