Responsibility
- represent the clinic at external networking events and meetings
- oversee overall clinic operations, ensuring compliance with regulations and industry standards
- contribute to the strategic development of clinic services
- ensure incidents and complaints are investigated and resolved in line with clinic policies
- develop and implement operational procedures to optimize workflow, productivity, and patient satisfaction
- oversee infection control policies and ensure proper enforcement
- assist in audits and support the CEO/CFO with the annual business planning process
- manage appointment scheduling, patient registration, and billing processes with attention to accuracy and protocols
Requirements
- degree-level education or equivalent
- at least 2 years of management experience within a private UK-based hospital or clinic
- strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to foster a positive work culture
- excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen ability to prioritize effectively
- outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
- self-motivated, able to work in a dynamic environment
- flexibility to adapt as needed
