we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Telesales/Telemarketing Representative to join our team
in this role, you will be responsible for contacting potential investors to promote and generate interest in our various new products and investment opportunities
the ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and persuasive skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment
lead Conversion: Nurture leads and actively work towards converting them into qualified investors through effective follow-up calls, emails, and personalized communication
market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor analysis to tailor sales strategies and position our products effectively
prospecting: Conduct outbound calls to potential investors from provided leads or through independent research to identify individuals or organizations with an interest in investment opportunities
product Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of the new products, investment options, and associated benefits to effectively communicate their value to potential investors
CRM Management: Accurately record and maintain investor data, interactions, and progress in the Customer Relationship Management system
Requirements
experience: Previous experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar sales role is preferred
excellent Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and build rapport with potential investors
persuasive Abilities: Strong persuasive and negotiation skills to effectively present investment opportunities and overcome objections
results-Driven: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs
