Responsibility

  • ensure the drive-thru facility meets health and safety standards at all times
  • address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally
  • conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback
  • implement and enforce food safety and quality control measures
  • operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the drive-thru, including order processing, inventory management, and staff scheduling
  • work towards achieving sales targets and implement cost-control measures
  • customer Service: Foster a customer-centric environment, ensuring all team members provide friendly and efficient service
