MAXTON SUSPENSION is looking for employees for positions:

Working hours

  • part-time

Responsibility

  • at times we will also require the successful applicant to feed our CNC machines
  • the role requires adaptability, working on ‘batch work’ and also ‘one off’ projects
  • the applicant must have had previous experience of manual lathes and a good understanding of basic engineering
  • our business is the design and manufacture of high quality suspension units for the road and race motorcycle market. The successful applicant would become part of our small manufacturing team, working under a team leader
  • the applicant must also be a highly motivated individual and keen to learn
  • we are looking for an employee who has a passion for engineering, willing to learn new skills and a pride in the work they produce
  • the successful candidate will be operating a manual lathe with digital read out and a milling machine with an Accurite control system
  • we expect the successful applicant to be experienced/proficient at using a manual lathe and milling machine. You will be given instruction to begin with
