Responsibility
- we're looking for a highly experienced Lead Hardware Engineer to join our team
- detailed concept design, schematic capture and simulation
- you will be working in a fast moving environment developing embedded devices for use in our industrial IoT systems
- we are looking for someone with extensive experience of industrial-scale hardware design, throughout the full product life-cycle
- you should have extensive knowledge of digital electronics and at least working knowledge of product design lifecycle, qualification and verification methods
- some experience with wireless technologies would be an advantage as well as wired protocols such as I2C, UART, SPI and CAN
- ideally you'll also have experience in engineering management or leadership roles within an engineering team
- these include edge devices for facilitating low-latency processing of a wide range of technologies, including depth cameras, LiDAR, BLE and RFID as well as higher level control devices
