Responsibility
develop, execute and evaluate sales strategies to support the plans for company growth
drive sales of our education programmes through various formats
develop effective and efficient sales management and student recruitment processes
exploration of new business opportunities and partnership options, and maintaining existing partner relationships
work collaboratively with the operations department to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements
BS/MS degree
at least 1 year of successful sales experience in relevant fields
good understanding of the private education sector and student recruitment
knowledge of marketing strategies, sales principles and practices including social media marketing, off- and online campaigns and sales meetings
excellent interpersonal and communication skills
be able to work independently and as part of a team
strong analytical abilities, and strength in problem-solving and issue resolution
target driven - the ability and flexibility to work in a deadline-driven work environment, attention to detail and ability to multitask and hit sales targets and tight deadlines
