MAX FAME LUXURY PACKAGING is looking for employees for positions:
machine operator
Responsibility
- start of shift daily safety checks completed and any issues or defects reported immediately to the Production Team Leader
- could be asked to support other parts of the operations
- make Ready and run the folding & gluing
- rectify all stoppages/malfunctions asking for assistance when needed
- carry out quality check on raw material, semi-finished products and finished products and complete appropriate paperwork
- machine maintenance
- achieve daily, monthly and annual targets towards individual and department KPI's
- ensure safety systems are working correctly where applicable
Requirements
- can be relied upon to work on their own or in a team
- motivated with a positive helpful attitude
- good communication skills, tenacity and exceptional attention to detail
- experience in packaging manufacturing/food industry is desirable
- strong work ethic, with a positive, passionate attitude and ability to take responsibility
- desire to succeed Good listener with the ability to quickly understand
- folding carton gluing: 2 years
- team player with ability to also work on own initiative
