Responsibility
- provide leadership and guidance to a team of caregivers

- ensure the physical, emotional, and social well-being of the children under your care
- administer medications as prescribed and monitor their effectiveness
- coordinate with healthcare professionals and families to ensure continuity of care
- supervise daily activities, including meals, recreational activities, and educational programs
- maintain accurate and up-to-date records of each child's progress and medical history
- implement safety protocols to ensure the well-being of all children in the facility
Requirements
- valid qualifications necessary to be registered with OFstead as Registered Children's Manager
- previous experience in child care, education or residential settings
- strong knowledge of working with children to achieve the best possible outcomes
- strong knowledge of safeguarding children
- experience in senior or deputy role is preferred
- excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- compassionate and patient nature with a genuine love for working with children
- strong organizational skills with attention to detail
