Responsibility

• to assist in the timesheet data processes and contribute to the overall payroll procedure to a high level of accuracy

• to take responsibility for the delivery and provision of a welcoming and efficient reception service for guests, colleagues, telephone, and personal callers. A professional telephone manner and relaying clear messages are a vital part of the role
• to run an efficient room booking system, to include meeting room preparation and arranging provisions
• to log and distribute incoming post, maintain company electronic filing folders and mailing external post
• to be familiar with the recruitment processes and provide support to the HR officer in all aspects of recruitment as required
• to assist the HR Officer with interview bookings, schedules and participating in interviews from time to time
• to run an efficient booking system, including arrangements for MOT’s and servicing of the Company pool vehicles
• responsible for being in the role of First Aider and maintaining First Aid kits
• to liaise with utility providers in setting up new accounts for company properties
• to attend team meetings and record minutes
