Requirements
CIPD Level 3 or equivalent experience
experience within a fast paced manufacturing environment – FMCG an advantage
motivated self starter with proven ability to communicate at all levels
ability to manage a demanding workload and deliver at pace in a fast moving environment
works continuously to high standards understands and promote continuous improvement
strong organisational skills, with excellent attention to detail
previous experience of time and attendance systems, and payroll experience desirable
human resources: 1 year
Responsibility
liaising with Recruitment Agencies regarding and temp to perm or fixed term contracts are required
management of all absence activity including daily absence tracker, HR tracker, communication of updates to Line Managers, coordinating occ health referrals , return to work process and Bradford Factor, absence review meetings, and reporting KPIs using the Cascade system
escalating any concerns or complex situations to the Head of HR
managing complex ER issues alongside Line Managers within the business, providing guidance, policy and legal support. Completing the HR tracker with all associated and relevant information regarding any cases and maintaining employee files
processing all recruitment activity for site including job adverts, social media and recruitment methodologies, screening CVs, conducting telephone interviews, coordinating new starter offers and contracts, leavers and maintaining appropriate related boards
liaising with the Training Dept to ensure that new starters are onboarded effectively and Probationary Reviews are completed in a timely manner
ensure that exit interviews are carried out and information is analysed and reported on
ensuring that manning lists are discussed on a weekly basis and coordinating the weekly recruitment meeting with operations during peak periods
