- ensure all vehicles and employee records are properly maintained with accurate record keeping
- oversee planned maintenance of machinery and equipment including tail lifts and booking LOLERS as required
- morning and afternoon vehicle inspections
- ensure all daily vehicle defects are carried out and uploaded
- download vehicle and driver cards
- arrange repairs and routine vehicle maintenance, MOT’s legal compliance. Liaise with the UK and the European operations manager
- ensure that all drivers and operators have the correct up-to-date qualifications and driver assessments have taken place
