Responsibility
- learning & developing a working knowledge of the fire sprinkler systems we service & maintain on site
- developing and maintaining knowledge of relevant IT systems
- ensuring adherence to all Company Policies & Procedures
- attend client sites as per work schedule to carry out various service & maintenance requirements
- carrying out Reactive & Remedial Works
- responding and attending to Emergency Callouts
- completing all company logging on & off procedures and paperwork in a timely manner
- actioning all Customer queries and requests in a timely manner, escalating as required
Requirements
- experience in servicing and maintaining fire sprinkler systems
- strong technical skills and knowledge of BSEN, LPCB & FM systems
- good problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure
- strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with clients and colleagues
- full driving license
