Responsibility
- prepare correspondence following the recruitment process including offer letters and drafting employment contracts for approval
- process starters and leavers, and upkeep of HR records
- routine renewal of DBS checks, including checks of Associates and new DBS checks
- assist with right to work checks
- assist with employee inductions
- liaise with the HR Business Partner, line managers and MEI staff to schedule training
- assist the HR Officer with the recruitment process including arranging interviews and candidate meetings; distributing documentation to interview panels; issuing invitations to interview, seeking references
- monitor the MEI eLearning courses and send reminders to line managers to ensure the annual schedule of training is adhered to
