- answer questions and address customer concerns or objections
- record customer information and details of the conversation in the CRM software
- match Marketing are looking for excellent communicators to join our lead generation team. You will be working on the telephone with cold and warm business to business data on a varied range of projects
- achieve weekly and monthly sales targets
- you will be speaking to prospective customers not just about the range of services our business offers, but also working on telemarketing projects for our clients too
Requirements
- proven experience in telemarketing or sales is preferred
- familiarity with CRM software, such as Capsule CRM, is a plus
- excellent communication skills
- strong persuasive and negotiation skills
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- self-motivated with a results-driven approach
