Responsibility
- we are looking for talented and enthusiastic Jewellery Sales Consultants to join our dynamic team in Hatton Garden, London EC1N 8NX
- the Jewellery Sales Consultants have overall responsibility for generating sales revenue from the conversion of both pre-appointment and walk-in enquiries
- they are also required to support and ensure the smooth operation of the retail stores
- this may entail management of sales, staff, store, customer service and the diary management
- job Type: Full-time
- you will be required to liaise with other staff members across the business to ensure the smooth design, manufacture, and delivery of client orders
- the requirement for clear and articulate communication, good time management, record keeping, and organisation skills are essential to ensure you are being as efficient and profitable as possible

Requirements
- luxury retail sales experience
- proven track record of meeting & exceeding sales targets
- A passion for fine jewellery, diamonds & gemstones
- A gemmological qualification
- an ability to quickly build trust and rapport with clients and wider team members
- commitment to driving client loyalty through exceptional customer service standards
- excellent written and verbal communication skills, highly articulate
