Responsibility
- activating event plans with brand, business, and marketing strategies, ensuring a seamless end user experience
- amplify Mason Events brand through the creation of unique and memory experiences, executed at the highest level
- budget management – creation, approval, and post event reconciliation
- working with our Events Coordinators and other Events Managers, this role will contribute to, and lead parts of, our client retention and prospecting events programs
- collaborate closely with Group Hospitality team, to help guide clients on upcoming hospitality events
- provide end-to-end event project management - to include booking of event space, delegates management; liaison with internal services, internal and external communications, and onsite management as required
- post-event reporting and evaluation, collating feedback from internal and external attendees and stakeholders as appropriate
- use of digital tools. Use Canva for proposals, invitations and micro-site creation. Work in conjunction with on-site AV team and external production companies as required
Requirements
- mandarin-speaking candidate only
- experience of managing multiple projects concurrently
- experience of managing virtual events and host platforms
- previous experience of the creation and building of websites and event registration platforms
- excellent inter-personal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively at all levels
- pro-active, resourceful approach to the delivery of events
- creative, with exceptional attention to detail
