Ordered from this company almost a month ago and still haven’t received anything. Have tried to make contact with seller on numerous occasions and have been ignored every single time. My daughter’s birthday has been and gone so the item is now of no use to me. Sellers website states if you make contact you will receive a response within 24 hours. She has been posting on her social media but ignoring any type of communication I’ve tried to make. I’m all for supporting a small business but the least this seller could do is communicate back to her customers who are putting money in her pockets to not receive their items. Will never order from this company again.

I have purchased multiple times from this company and I could not recommend them enough! Cheryl has went above and for me each and every time especially with custom personalisation requests. I wouldn’t dare to to buy from anyone else now.

I ordered almost a month ago, tried to make contact multiple times but no response whatsoever. We’ve supported her small business buying from her. She can post on her social media but can’t have the decency to respond to her customers that haven’t received the items they’ve paid for. The item I ordered is useless to me now as the occasion has been and gone. I will never order from her again. The only one that seems to have had a good experience is you so that speaks volumes…

Supposedly MARZ-EMBROIDERY has a better image in the labour market than PROVYTL. Is it really so?

I have purchased multiple items from this company and this couldn’t be further from the truth. All items received on time, beautifully packaged and had good communication throughout when I had a complex request. Maybe you should support small businesses instead of slander over the internet.

Do not buy from this business. 1/4 items received and order was placed over a month ago. Absolutely no contact or response from seller yet can continue to advertise on social media pages

I'm.having the same problem. Ordered a sweatshirt and t short for my grandsons first holiday. T shirt has arrived and no sweatshirt. Not reply to messages
