Responsibility
- A small Nursery based in Bloomsbury is looking to recruit a highly committed Manager
- the Nursery caters for a maximum of 36 children between the ages of 2 to 5
- to Manage, lead & support your staff
- 2 x Room Leaders
- to contribute towards the care and supervision of all children in your Nursery, providing appropriate levels of support and interaction
- 3 x Nursery Practitioners
- to ensure that the appropriate staff to child ratios are maintained at all times
- 1 x in house Nursery Chef
Education
- certificate of Higher Education
Requirements
- minimum Level 3 Childcare and Education qualification
- up to date safeguarding training, ideally at advanced level
- up to date paediatric first aid training
- evidence of ongoing professional development
- SENCO qualification
- experience of being in a managerial role and successfully leading a team
- exellent communication skills both written & spoken
- nursery: 2 years
