- full-time | Temporary | Permanent
Responsibility
- direct dispatch of orders - picking and packing stock to our mail order/web customers
- requesting transport quotes and booking transport online
- communicating within the warehouse to ensure orders are processed correctly and ready for despatch daily
- processing customer returns and customer queries
- tracking orders and keeping the sales team and if required, the customers informed
- cleaning. Keeping the work place neat, tidy and organised at all times
- working closely with the directors to ensure all customer order/sales related matters are dealt with
- managing and maintaining stock levels, as well as invoicing
