Responsibility
- carry out diagnosis, repairs and servicing to the highest standards and to the appropriate specification
- complete relevant service documentation in line with manufacture, warranty and dealer requirements
- accurately complete job cards and reports, including any written descriptions of faults found or repairs completed
- replace / work on car engines, gearboxes and all other types of repairs
- through the use of diagnostic equipment and a systematic approach, ensure vehicle faults are diagnosed and rectified. Discuss with customers to identify and clearly understand problems as and when required

Requirements
- good and solid experience of working within a previous automotive mechanical role
- IMI, NVQ, City and Guilds or other relevant qualification
- must have their own tools to work with
- you need to be someone who is clean and tidy (e.g

- good knowledge of car parts
- experience with Diagnostic equipment
- comfortable using computers
