Responsibility

- main Purpose Carry out landscape gardening and ground maintenance operations

- base Consett, Co. Durham
- start Date of employment Will be agreed on appointment
- rate of pay Negotiable between £12 to £13 per hour depending on experience
- duties and responsibilities
- hours of work Mon - Fri, 7.00 – 16.00 , 45 hour week However, some flexibility will be required
Requirements
- complete ROLO Health and safety awareness course for land-based operatives
- hold valid CSCS card
- hold valid PA1 PA6 safe use of pesticides certificate
- skill, ability and knowledge of methods used in grounds maintenance and landscape gardening operations and associated tasks
- you will be expected to demonstrate good organisational and communication skills follow oral and/or written instructions
- adherence to good health and safety practices and compliance with applicable health and safety regulations at all times
- willingness to work outside in inclement weather
- must have at least 3 years experience in this line of work; be competent and experienced in the use of all equipment as necessary to carry out duties
