Requirements

- excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse workforce
- exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A high level of written English and strong IT literacy
