Responsibility

  • marpaul is seeking a talented, experienced, and passionate individual to join our team as Estates and Facilities Manager
  • management of Estates - Assist with negotiation of tenant agreements
  • · Ensure regular reciprocal surveys are carried out and identify maintenance issues
  • · Develop and implement planned and maintenance improvement programmes for each property within the estates
  • · Prepare annual reciprocal and planned maintenance budgets
  • · Identify the RL building life following inspection
  • you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of all soft FM operations for both internal and external clients and develop and expand the opportunities for the growth of the business
  • · Handle completion of reported maintenance works and arrange attendance for remedial works
