identifying and if necessary, securing upsell opportunities
working with Service Delivery Team on planning and subsequent delivery of the plan including relationship mapping/management
Education
GCSE or equivalent
Requirements
possess a broad understanding of a variety of hardware, software and networking
experience with Microsoft 365, Azure and Power BI
comprehensive understanding with an ability to deliver, connectivity technologies and VOIP Cloud based phone systems
ability to build and configure servers, including configuring AD,GPO's, DNS, DHCP, replacing failed drives and rebuilding arrays
ability to compile written documentation to a high standard for the team to utilise
relationship building with senior members of an organisation – gaining trust and confidence from clients
ability to understand and manage process issues relating to project charters and to maximise efficiency through negotiation
