Responsibility

  • preparing documents, following instructions from the Administration Supervisor
  • emailing and reviewing documents for the Club’s Managers in line with their Insurance requirements
  • completing files accurately for each vessel
  • setting up new accounts on Sage 200
  • producing Debit/Credit notes
  • completing various vessel schedules
  • coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies

Requirements

  • you may have some previous experience with office administration, but full training will be provided
  • you will have excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, along with excellent organisational and attention to detail skills
  • you may be familiar with office administration procedures and basic accounting principles
  • database administration: 1 year
