Responsibility
- primary contact point for tenant queries and resolutions
- conducting regular property inspections
- addressing rental arrears
- arrangement of maintenance with contractors, meeting on-site where required
- advertising properties online when available, responding to and screening applications, scheduling and conducting viewings
- management of change in tenancies including inventory check-in / check-out
- arrangement of relevant safety certification
- providing excellent customer service to tenants and prospective tenants
Requirements
- strong communication and organisational skills
- flexible working hours which will require some evening and weekend viewings at times
- comfortable with IT, posting and monitoring of online adverts and timely responses to queries
- own car and valid UK driving license essential - ability to travel to Manchester at times
- previous lettings and property management experience preferred but not essential - training will be provided
